SUZANNE M. SCHNEIDER is a native of Michigan and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis MN. She embarked on her career in commercial real estate as a property manager in Lincoln NE, where she earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and accepted a partnership in one of eastern Nebraska’s largest commercial real estate firms.

After relocating to Massachusetts, Ms. Schneider managed office and residential properties throughout the greater Boston area, including for the Nelson Companies and its one million square-foot office park at Prospect Hill in Waltham MA.

In 1997 Ms. Schneider founded and served as president of The Mega Group, specializing in sales and leasing of commercial properties. Her client list over time encompassed properties throughout Essex County. A past president of North Shore Women in Business, she also served for ten years on the board of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.

In 2015 Suzanne sold The Mega Group to Brian DApice & Associates LLC and continues with the company in a consulting capacity. She resides in Salem MA with her husband John.

BRIAN M. DAPICE is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston MA, earning his BS in Accounting. Prior to joining The Mega Group, Brian began his real estate career with Keller Williams Realty where he was the Director of KW Commercial in Beverly MA.

Born in the City of Boston, Brian was primarily raised in Danvers MA and currently resides in Beverly MA with his wife Jennifer and their children Christopher and Nicholas. Brian is a member of the Cape Neddick Country Club in Cape Neddick ME and Bass Rocks Golf Club in Gloucester MA.

Brian is active in the community of Beverly MA serving on the Board of Directors of the Beverly Children’s Learning Center Inc. (BCLC), an affordable daycare and afterschool program for children under the age of 13 that specializes in assisting single-parent families and families in need, Brian is also a member of the Beverly Rotary Club, having served on its Board of Directors three terms. Prior to joining The Mega Group, Jennifer had been employed by Fidelity Investments earning multiple licenses administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, including her Series 7 license. In addition to Jennifer's financial background, she had also spent years in property management.

Born and raised in Springfield MA, Jennifer relocated to the North Shore of Boston at a young age while attending Salem State College. She currently resides in Beverly MA with her husband Brian and their children Christopher and Nicholas.

Jennifer is a member of Bass Rocks Golf Club in Gloucester MA, and in addition to the occasional game of golf she enjoys spending her free time reading and helping people plan their dream vacations as a broker of her own Dream Vacations franchise.

COLLEEN COHAN is a graduate of Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute, Hathorne MA, where she earned her AS in Applied Science and was the distinguished recipient of the Highest Achievement Award in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. Colleen has also attended Moorpark College in Moorpark CA for Accounting & Taxation and has a vast knowledge of applicable business applications. Colleen was born in Danvers MA and still resides on the North Shore. She is the proud parent of her darling daughter Courtney who in 2019 graduated Pi Sigma Alpha from University of New Hampshire, Durham NH with a degree in Political Science & Justice Studies with a minor in Forensics.

Colleen has 25+ years of experience in the food service / fine dining / hospitality industry. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and is dedicated & committed to exceeding her clients expectations.

Prior to joining The Mega Group, Jason was a bank manager for Santander, Eastern and TD Bank and a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. Jason is also an entrepreneur and manages a healthcare recruiting firm as well as several other ventures.

Jason resides in Beverly MA with his wife Kate and their children Brayden, Isabella and Mason. Jason is an avid golfer and is a member at Ipswich Country Club in Ipswich MA, and an active member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
